In this class, you will learn about the surface features of the Earth through modeling and movement. Enjoy games that simulate how different geographical locations depend on each other. After this class, you will better understand your geographical place in the world!
Grades 7 – 12: Building Blocks of Nature
9:30 am & 11 am
$56 (+ tax) per participant, per semester (4 classes)
Discover how all things in the universe are constructed from only a few naturally occurring elements! Learn how the diversity of living and non-living things is made from a combination of 92 naturally occurring “ingredients” on the Periodic Table. Participants will compare the chemical and physical structures of natural things to learn how they are connected.
