Unlock the mysteries of the natural world by joining us for Biomes Bonanza Camp! Snack, lunch, and t-shirt are included. The same activities will be offered each week.

Ages 5-7

Learn all about different biomes by checking out the Museum’s Animal Ambassadors up-close and making themed crafts. Campers will discover more about different biomes like rivers, caves, deserts, oceans, and forests in this hands-on camp.

Ages 8-9

Discover more about different biomes of the natural world through themed hands-on experiments and Live Animal Presentations. Campers will get to investigate 5 different biomes – rivers, caves, deserts, oceans, and forests.

Ages 10-12

Through hands-on experiments such as building their own ice shelter, creating a forest succession model, creating salt dough swamp animals, and more, campers will begin to learn about the intricacies of the natural world. Campers will be led to think critically and discover for themselves unique aspects of biomes like tundra, desert, wetlands, grasslands, and rainforests.
